Descripción:
We are looking for an experienced bilingual or native English speaker Nursery Pedagogical Manager, to lead and support pedagogical approach, working with children aged 0-3 years.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the nursery. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- To implement and develop the Education Plan
- To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
- To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff.
- To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times
- To build strong parent relationships
- To report to the Company owner

Diplomado: Maestro - Educación Infantil

Requisitos mínimos:
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Eligible to work in Spain
- Bilingual or native English speaker
- At least 3 years post-qualification experience of childcare in a nursery and 2 years management experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Education System
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team
